Moneer Jameel Brembali has been the human resources executive director at The Red Sea Development Co. and AMAALA since 2020.
He has been leading the human business partnering and HR operations teams across TRSDC and AMAALA, working with the rest of the HR staff and consulting the company’s management.
Brembali is responsible for ensuring that TRSDC and AMAALA adopts a robust, sustainable, and high-quality approach across all HR functions and related activities in order to identify, attract, motivate, develop, and retain top talents that will drive business objectives and position TRSDC and AMAALA as “the employer of choice.”
He has had more than 20 years of experience as an HR executive with multinational corporations such as Siemens, Unilever, United Technologies Corp., and Carrier, and major Middle East companies including Alshaya Group, and Saudi Enaya cooperative insurance company.
In 2018, he worked as Alshaya Group’s HR director, leading its HR management and services in the Kingdom to align the HR function to support the business in all of its strategic and operational goals.
As HR director at Saudi Enaya between 2013 and 2018, he was responsible for organization compliance with the Saudi Central Bank, helped develop an HR system to meet employee needs, and assisted departmental heads in carrying out their responsibilities and achieving targets.
Prior to working at Carrier, Brembali was with Unilever as the firm’s supply chain HR business partner in Ƶ and the Gulf. He began his career in 2004 at Siemens as an HR consultant, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of the function.
He gained a master’s degree in business administration from Hult International Business School and a bachelor’s degree in marine chemistry from King Abdulaziz University’s faculty of marine science, in 1998.
